Cancellation Policy

We value your business and interest. All cancelations must be made 1 hour in advance for possible rescheduling. Cancelation fees and late fees may apply. Please be sure to interact with your preferred booking staff ('Play Star') before purchasing any bookings, for the void of cancelation, reschedule, and termination of your booked service.
